Alkaline Cleaning Compound

Of all the functions that mass finishing compounds carry out, cleaning is the most important. To effectively deburr, burnish or improve the surface, the part must be clean. Roto-Finish offers many excellent cleaning compounds. A cleaning compound is usually selected based upon quantity and type of soils to be removed and the type of part to be processed.

New cleaners are developed to remove specific soils or to be used with specific parts or media. Some times, feed and roll of the mass is an issue so new compounds are developed to enhance these properties. Foam is also a very common issue - most of the time the complete dislike of foam. It is important to note that too much foam is messy, but foam is an essential part of mass finishing and some times necessary to carry out the desired cleaning process.
